The Health of Prague

Prague is one of the places that have a national health system that is well developed.  Citizens who are members of the European Union and Swiss citizens carrying the current E111 form can avail this privilege. For patients who are members of the European Union but failed to have the E111 form, they will pay the medical bills first and then upon presenting these bills to their national organizations, a reimbursement shall be made. For those visiting the Czech Republic, non hospital first aids and emergency treatments are also free of charge. Other hospital care aside from the aforementioned should be paid.

Hospitals and Pharmacies in Prague

When medicines are needed immediately, there are two pharmacies located at Prague 5 that are open 24 hours. There are also many hospitals nearby in the said area. In order to get an ambulance, dialing 155 is all you need to do.
