When in Prague, the Strahov Monastery Brewery (or Klasterni pivovar Strahov) is a must-see. The building is divided into the brew pub which produces the expensive but tasty St. Norbert beer, and the St. Norbert Restaurant. The establishment gets its name from the nearby Strahov Monastery. Café Louvre has the double distinction of having served the writer Kafka and of being considered bourgeois enough to be closed down during the Communist reign. Good thing it eventually re-opened back in 1992, so now you know where to go for veggie meals, or just a cup of coffee.
