The restaurant was opened in December 2002 after an extensive and demanding reconstruction of totally devastated basement quarters of the historical building "U Sumavskeho dubu" (At Sumavsky oak) in close proximity of the already well- known cafeteria "CAFÉ ZAHRADA" in Stepanska street right across the St. Stephen's church. The restaurant is spread out in two floors with total capacity of about 90 seats. On the first floor, you will find a modern coffee bar, which serves simultaneously as an entrance room to basement quarter of the stylish restaurant. After you walk down the steps, you will find yourself in a somewhat different world. You will get to feel long- ago times. The area is divided in two parts and you have to walk down to the last part of the restaurant, which is still lower under the restaurant's main level. There, you will be definitely magnetized by a historical well hidden under the glass in the wooden floor. The room is not used for regular operation since it is used for private occasions, weddings, graduation parties, company parties, rauts, etc.
